I think next Valentines Day I'll tell Paul to skip the flowers. As beautiful as they are, and as wonderful as Paul was picking out just the right arrangement, I can't receive a set of flowers and think, "I wonder if I have a vase...?"
No, it's more like, "I wonder how slow I'll let them die?"
Should I hang them upside down to dry, so they hopefully die within a few days? Or do I put them in water so they die within a week or more?
I hung them upside down. Right next to the computer. I keep looking at them, hanging like tortured prisoners.
